Alexandria Davis

Girl, 17, is missing, sought by sheriff

St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s juvenile detectives are looking for a 17-year-old girl who left her home after cutting off an ankle bracelet that the court had placed on her, a news release from Lt. Clay Higgins stated.
Alexandria Davis cut off the bracelet and fled from her home on Feb. 11, he said.
Detectives have not been able to locate her and they fear she has fallen prey to the world of underage erotic dancing, he said. Evidence indicates that Alexandra was recently seen at the Lipstick nightclub in Lafayette, he said.
Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz stated, “Our entire effort in this case is to get Alexandria back home to her family. To think of a 17-year-old girl from our parish out there in that world of drugs and erotic dancing is frightening. As a father, I feel her family’s pain and I want her home. As sheriff, I need her to know… Alexandria, if you’re reading this or see it on the news, please listen to me… just call us or walk up to any police officer anywhere and identify yourself. You will be protected and treated with respect. We want you home and safe. You don’t have to live in that nightmare, just let us help you.”
