Keidrick Owens, 38, 100 block of Cottontail Road, Opelousas. Malfeasance in office, criminal conspiracy, encouraging to child delinquency, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Shirley Denis Hargroder, 42, 100 block of Shady Lane, Port Barre. Possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule I drugs, possession of schedule II drugs w/intent to distribute.
