Thomas Glen Rouse II, 40, 7200 block of Highway 105, Krotz Springs. Disturbing the peace by intoxication, simple criminal damage to property.
Joseph Rouse, 32, 900 block of Forest Street, Melville. Simple battery involving domestic violence, simple criminal damage to property. Arrested by Melville Police.
