De’Courion S. Sam, 19, 8100 block of Hwy. 71, Washington. Second-degree battery.
Blair Darsey Miller, 39, 200 block of Sunflower Road, Opelousas.Simple criminal damage to property.
Leonel B. Velazquez, 34, 25500 block of Liberti Cemeteri Road, Elton. Driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, improper lane usage, unlicensed driver. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
