Rotary Club seeks nominations for Administrative Professional of the Year

The Eunice Rotary Club is seeking nominations for the 2016 Eunice Administrative Professional of the Year.
The winner will receive a free trip to Branson, Missouri, courtesy of KEUN Radio, $500 spending money from the Rotary Club, a plaque and a flower arrangement.

Concussion diagnosis, treatment evolves

Concussion treatment has evolved over the years, and Stephanie Aldret, D.O., with The Core Institute at Louisiana Orthopedic Specialists at the Acadian Medical Center, is working on a concussion research study with members of the Louisiana Ice Gators hockey team.

Recognition rejuvenates artist

Jerica Guillory has been rejuvenated by her Eunice Rotary Club’s Citizen of the Year award win.
“Appreciation can go a very long way,” Guillory said. “Gratitude has a way of energizing that which was weary.”

A check for $3,000 was presented to the LSUE Foundation from the Experience Louisiana Festival proceeds. The presentation was made on the campus Thursday. The festival was was held in October for the first time on the campus. Experience Louisiana Festival delivers $3,000 check to LSUE Foundation

The LSUE Foundation received a $3,000 check from the Experience Louisiana Festival held for the first time on the LSUE campus.
The festival was held Oct. 17 and 18 and drew about 5,000 people for music, folk demonstrations, arts and crafts, poetry, a film festival, and food.
