Keep Eunice Beautiful won the Circle of Excellence Award at the state Keep Louisiana Beautiful conference in Baton Rouge, Sept. 28-29. Mayor Scott Fontenot joined KEB Director Donna Baltakis at the awards dinner. Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser presented the award with a $500 check to Keep Eunice Beautiful. (Submitted Photo)
