Class Act Student of the Week

This week’s Student of the Week is Courtney B. Phillips, a senior at St. Edmund High School. Her parents are Mike Dupre and Cecil Phillips.

If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would not rather live anywhere but Eunice, Louisiana.  If I had to choose, I would live in New York City because I would want to shop, watch BroadWay plays, see Times Square and pay my respects to the World Trade Center Memorial.

Do you have a career wish? I would like to become an architect.

What could you eat seven days a week? Pizza Shack pizza.

What could you never eat? Tuna salad.

What is your favorite school subject? Algebra.

What is your favorite movie?  Pitch Perfect.

What was the last video game you played? Just Dance 4 on Xbox 360 Kinect.

Do you Facebook, Tweet? I am addicted to Twitter and I check it more than once a day.

What is an ideal summer vacation? A week of relaxation on a beautiful beach.

Who has the most influence on you so far? My 11-year-old cousin Alex.

What would you change in your city?  Eunice should build a giant shopping mall.

What do you like the most at your school? I love how my school is like a giant family that will always offer help to those in need.
