Top Accelerated Readers honored at Highland Elementary

Highland Elementary honored and recognized its Top Accelerated readers who earned the most words count for the school year during an end-of-the-year awards program held May 19. Students earned medals and gift cards to the Queen Cinema, a Raisin’ Canes achievement award good for free kids combo, and the overall winner received gift card to Queen, gift certificate to Rubys Restaurant, and a 7’ tablet donated by Walmart of Eunice.
