Eunice City Hall held its first Christmas Door contest with city employees decorating their doors. Judging the event was Tom Voinche Jr. First place went to the City Marshal’s office with a door theme of “ Gingerbread House.” From left, are Ctiy Marshal Terry Darbonne, Misty Credeur and Tom Voinche Jr.

Second-place winner was the City Gas Department with Antonio “Tony” Celestine wearing his Santa hat. The department’s door was a Grinch scene and the department was festive with garland, Christmas wreaths, and colorful ornaments. Pris Edmond and Pamela Daigle, manager, all had a creative hand with the decorations.

Third-place winner was City Court with a theme of Santa Claus. Their door was decorated with a Santa Claus beard and suit. Presents were around the door. From left, are Gabe Ortego, Christy Faulkner and Nichole Papillion.
