Here’s the Beef Cook-off winners listed

The 31st Annual Here’s the Beef Cook-off was held Sunday at the St. Landry Parish Ag Arena, U.S. 190 West, Opelousas, with 61 dishes entered in seven categories.
There were 24 judges for the contest.
The following is a list of first- and second place-winners in each category and the reserve and grand champions.
Gourmet
