I-49 lane closure

Beginning Sunday until Monday, the outside lane of Interstate 49 south, located north of Opelousas, will be closed to allow crews to perform repair work to the message board located at milepost 22.
The work is estimated to take place from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.
Beginning Tuesday until Wednesday, the outside shoulder of I-49 south, between Gloria Switch and Pont Des Mouton, will be closed to allow crews to perform repair work to the message board located at milepost 2.
