New stop sign south of Basile

Effective Monday, April 18, traffic control changes will take place on Coulee Road westbound, at its intersection with La. 3068 (Refinery Road), south of Basile in Acadia Parish. A stop sign will be installed on Coulee Road westbound, at its intersection with La. 3068 (Refinery Road), south of Basile, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced.
Signs and a message board will be installed prior to this change to advise motorist of this right of way modification.
