Relief supplies sought, distributed

The Eunice Community Garden, in cooperation with the Eunice Police Department, is opening a temporary emergency relief center to distribute supplies for those affected by the recent severe weather and flooding. Those in immediate need of basic supplies may come to the garden classroom at the rear of the Department of Motor Vehicles building. until 5:30 p.m. today.
This is not a shelter but a volunteer collection and distribution point. Volunteers are needed as well as basic supplies such as canned food, cleaning supplies, children's clothing and toiletries.
