Prairie Acadian Cultural Center’s Saturday schedule
10 a.m. to noon: For kids, game of Polar Freeze and Explore and Restore class makes rag dolls and superheroes.
1 p.m.: Architect Andy Hebert gives a talk on making a home more energy efficient.
2 to 4 p.m.: The Cajun French Music Association hold a Cajun Jam Session in honor of the late park ranger Claudia Wood on the new “front porch.”
4 p.m.: Reception in the kitchen.
6 p.m.: Western Swing night at the Liberty Theatre with Gary Newman and Stop the Clock Cowboy Jazz Band.
