Marvin Smith, 50, 2900 block of West Atchafalaya Levee Road, Krotz Springs. Issuing worthless checks.
Ricky James Shepherd, 36, 500 block of Martinez, Church Point. Simple burglary, criminal trespass, theft.
Darez L. Tezeno, 29, 400 block of Belleridge Road, Opelousas. Simple battery. Arrested by Washington Police Dept.
