The Eunice Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday Dixie Titles & More LLC, 1830 W. Laurel Ave., in the Winn Dixie shopping plaza. The event welcomed Rebecca Daigle and her staff on opening a motor vehicle office for titles, registration and license plates.
