Dwayne Hill, 39, 700 block of West Vine Street Washington. Failure to register as a sex offender.
State law (R.S.46:2141) mandates that whenever a law enforcement officer investigates an allegation of domestic abuse, whether or not an arrest is made, the officer shall make a written report of the alleged incident, including a statement of the complainant and the disposition of the case.
