Brown, Love exchange vows during April evening ceremony

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Eunice served as the setting for the evening ceremony uniting Malorie Angelle’ Brown and Ryder Davis Love in Holy Matrimony.
The ceremony was held on April 25 at 7 p.m. with Father Tom Voorhies officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Glenn and Michelle Brown of Eunice, and the groom is the son of Dale and Kristy Love of Eunice.
Organist during the ceremony was Laura Lombas.
Ushers were Joshua Aucoin, brother of the bride; and Michael Pappas, friend of the groom.
The bride, given away by her father, was stunning in Allure rich ivory laced applique on soft netting gown featuring a sculptured neckline. The bodice featured scalloped straps accented with a V-shaped back.
The empire waistline featured a Swarovski crystal brooch and the slim A-line skirting flowed into a semi-cathedral wedding train cascaded with covered buttons and crystal clusters.
The bride carried a hand-held bouquet of ivory and green hydrangeas, ivory and green roses, seeded eucalyptus, green button poms, babies breath and ranuculas. Tucked inside her bouquet was a locket with a picture of her late grandmother Cecile Fontenot along with a beautiful green antique brooch. The bouquet was tied together with a vintage ivory handkerchief, burlap and laced ribbon.
Serving as maid of honor was Sunni Aucoin of Eunice, friend of the bride. Matron of honor was McKenzie LaFleur of Lafayette, friend of the bride.
Bridal attendants included Meghan Darbonne of Eunice, cousin of the bride, Amy Aucoin of Eunice, sister in law of the bride, Gretchen Butler of Houston, sister of the groom, Lexie Murrel of Egan, friend of the bride, and Megan Brown of Eunice, friend of the bride.
The maid and matron of honor wore a Monjito chiffon tank-style dress accented with a sweetheart neckline, rouched bodice, and empire waistline accented a draped-A-line skirting.
The bridesmaids wore Mojito chiffon one-shoulder sweetheart neckline dresses accented with a rouched bodice, and empire waist with a draped A-line skirting.
The attendants carried hand-held bouquets of green and ivory handrangeas, babies breath, tied together with burlap and laced ribbon. Tucked inside their bouquets was a green crystal brooch.
Emma Cecile Darbonne, daughter of Donnie and Meghan Darbonne, and Greta Aucoin, daughter of Sunni Aucoin, served as flower girls.
Best Man was Jeffery Burge of Monroe, friend of the groom.
Groomsmen included Mitchell Love of Mowata, brother of the groom, Beau Leger of Eunice, Jack Thomas Hundley of Mowata, both friends of the groom, Ethan Brown of Baton Rouge, brother of the bride, Jacob Fontenot of Mowata, friend of the groom, and Bryant Gossen of Rayne, friend of the groom.
Ring bearer was Seth Joel Aucoin of Eunice, son of Joshua and Amy Aucoin, godchild of the bride.
A reception was held at the La Belle Venue in Eunice with live entertainment provided by Nik L Beer Band.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Saint Lucia and have made their home in Mowata.
The bride is a graduate of St. Edmund High School, attended LSU Eunice, and received a Registered Nurse degree from Our Lady of the Lake in Baton Rouge. She is currently employed at the American Legion Hospital in Crowley.
The groom is a Eunice High graduate and is employed as a driller for Precision Drilling in Eunice.
