Even though I do not have an end-of-summer trip planned, however, I do think this may be a good idea.
A short weekend trip may be in order for your family, just to get away from home and school kids now have a little break with no school on Labor Day holiday.

After reading the following, courtesy of Newspaper Metro, I need to follow some of the suggested tips on how to avoid those “pitfalls” of dieting.
I tend to set unrealistic goal weight loss. I would be happy to lose 5-10 pounds much less 20 pounds.

Eunice school students will begin first day of classes next week.
With this said, be aware of children boarding and unboarding school buses.
Adhere to bus stops. Watch for children crossing streets, take extra precautions.

A yummy, home-made grilled hamburger is far better than one at Wendy’s, McDonald’s or Burger King, I think, .however, mastering a perfect burger takes particular steps.

If you are like myself, I do not care for unexpected guests. I would prefer a phone call or some kind of other “heads up, I’m coming over.”
