Rehearsals for Eunice Symphony Orchestra’s Spring Concert
The Eunice Symphony Orchestra, now in its 13th year, is gearing up for its annual spring concert, “Over the Air Waves.”
The performance will be held at the Liberty Theater on Sunday, April 6 at 7:30 p.m. with a reception at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $5 and children six and under will be admitted free.
The production this year will feature music familiar to all. The audience will be treated to “Someone Like You,” by Adele, “Bohemian Rhapsody,” by Queen, music from the Beatles, Elvis, Michael Buble, etc.
There will be music from every decade back to 1930. In keeping with tradition, the orchestra will have a few surprises planned for guests.
In appreciation for their supporters and concert-goers, the orchestra will host a reception immediately prior to the concert. All in attendance are invited to share in the refreshments.
Tickets may be purchased in advance by calling 580-2493 or 457-8151. Tickets will also be available at the door of the event.
Nancy Simon is director/conductor of Eunice Symphony Orchestra.
