Frederick and Sarver exchange vows during evening ceremony

St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice was the setting for the evening ceremony uniting Claire Renee Frederick and Jacob Sarver in Holy Matrimony.
The ceremony was held on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. with Deacon David Guillory officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Danny and Debbie Frederick of Eunice, and the groom is the son of Marlon and Susan Sarver of Crowley.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Donald Menard of Erath and Mr. and Mrs. Norris Frederick of Kaplan.
Grandparents of the groom are Mrs Julia Anne Seale of Crowley and the late Mr. Richard Seale.
Pianist during the ceremony was Connie Beaugh and church lectors were Michelle Seale and Mandie Lucas, both aunts of the groom.
Ushers during the ceremony were Isaac Frederick of Eunice, brother of the bride; and Mike Shoffiett of Rayne, brother in law of the groom.
The bride, given away by her father, was stunning in a Maggie Sottero ivory gown accented with delicate lace cap-sleeves. The slim A-line gown featured an illusion neckline, and a beaded belt of sequins and Swarovski crystals.
The bride carried a hand-held bouquet of bridal blush pink and ivory roses tied with an ivory satin wrap.
Serving as matrons of honor were Terra Frederick Johnson of Katy, Texas, and Lindsay Frederick Mooney of Rayne, both sisters of the bride.
The attendants wore mint sleeveless knee length Adrianna Papell’s lace dresses featuring a high illusion neckline. The dresses were accented with an attached self-tie sash and an illusion lace overlay. They wore hair combs made of cubic zirconia and crystal.
Serving as flower girls were Anna Mooney, godchild of bride, and Alice Mooney, both nieces of the bride, and daughters of Seth and Lindsay Mooney of Crowley; Quinn Johnson, niece and godchild of the bride, daughter of Garret and Terra Johnson of Katy, Texas; Julia Shoffiett, niece of the groom, daughter of Mike and Amanda Shoffiett of Rayne; and Sophia Sarver, niece and godchild of the groom, daughter of Robert Sarver and Emma Castille of Lafayette.
Serving as ring bearer was Mason Shoffiett, godchild and nephew of the groom, son of Mike and Amanda Shoffiett of Rayne.
Best man was Robert Sarver of Crowley, brother of the groom. Groomsman was Mason Shoffiett of Rayne.
A reception was held at Ruby’s Restaurant and Courtyard in Eunice.
The couple have made their home in Scott.
The bride is a graduate of St. Edmund High School, and UL of Lafayette. She is currently a teacher at Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy in Youngsville.
The groom is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, and UL of Lafayette. He is currently employed as a private investigator for Lucas Investigations, LLC.
