Armed robbery suspect sought

UL Lafayette police are seeking the identify of attempted armed robbery suspects caught in a surveillance camera.
On Wednesday, at approximately 11:23 p.m., UL police responded to an attempted armed robbery at Legacy Park Apartments at 210 Girard Park Circle.
Two black males approached an individual and demanded money. One of the suspects brandished a semi-automatic pistol. The victim did not have any money on his person and the suspects fled the scene on foot towards E. Lewis Dr.
One suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5 foot 11 inches to 6 foot 2 inches tall, wearing a red hat, blue shirt and dark pants. The other suspect with the semi-automatic weapon is described as a shorter black male, approximately 5 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 9 inches tall wearing a white shirt and shorts and has a goatee.
