July 8
Charles Wesley Jr., 24, 821 S. Beulah St., Apt. 11A, Eunice. Possession with intent to distribute, violation of CDS law, drug free zone, resisting an officer, driver must be licensed, turning movements and required signals.

July 9
Dennis James Jones, 23, 821 S. Beulah Apt. 12-A, Eunice. Aggravated flight from vehicle, no driver’s license, no insurance, resisting an officer, careless operation.
Terry Babineaux, 39, 806 Saddle Drive, Eunice. Theft.
Ezel Jones, 17, 514 B. Acadian Village, Eunice. Possession of marijuana.
