Juvenile, 15, Eunice. Simple battery.
Juvenile, 14, Eunice Simple battery.
Tabitha Rider, 28, Eunice. Possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jacob Wayne Cortez, 32, 200 block of Willie Young Road, Eunice. Aggravated assault.
Devin J. Rodriguez, 19, 200 block of Threatt Street, Eunice. Underage operating while intoxicated, careless operation and open container.

Sept. 3
Benjamin Allison Jr., 22, 2100 block of Bonin Road, Eunice, Reckless driving and driving under suspension.

Sept. 4
Rashaan Joseph Jones, 29, 300 block of Chenault Road, Eunice. Speeding, driving under suspension and no proof of insurance.

Sept. 5
Jennifer Vance Sawyze, 39, 500 block of Highway 190, Eunice. Attempted theft of goods and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Juvenile, 16, Eunice. Attempted theft of goods.
Wesley Zerangue, 22, 1700 block of George Drive, Opelousas. Improper lane usage and DWI first offense.
