The following are excerpts from the Eunice Police Department radio logs.
Nov. 9
07:35 Vehicle smoking in the 300 block of West Maple.
09:43 Wreck at beauty school.
09:47 Man said someone pulled a gun o him in the 400 block of Kyries.
16:54 15-year-old daughter may be intoxicated.
17:19 Man called to advise his son left the residence without permission. The son has pending charges for curfew violation and ungovernable juvenile.
18:07 Man called about woman at his residence. Man later said a bill collector kept calling so he told them she could not come to the phone because he just killed her. Man said he thought they would quit calling and didn’t think they would call 911.
18:23 Stove fire at 621 South 2nd.
18:34 Woman called and said she has a snake in her living room.
1847 Call about snake is from outside the city, but officer is going to try to catch the snake.
20:07 Damage to property in the 400 block of North St. George. Man broke the window on mother’s house.
