There will be a Free bicycle registration offered from 8 a.m. until noon at the Eunice City Hall on May 23.
The registration is open to all citizens and includes engraving serial numbers on the bikes, bicycle safety and general safety information.

Eunice police patrolwoman Talya Fruge, who was fired a year ago, was reinstated during a Eunice Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board hearing Thursday.
“Just happy with the decision,” Fruge said after the hearing.
