Aug. 26
Melvin Troy Peters, 41, 400 block of North Mallet, Eunice. Criminal trespassing, attempted simple battery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jerry Ross Vidrine, 28, 700 block of Tate Street, Eunice Warrants for misdemeanor theft and felony theft.
Stephanie Ann Street, 28, 700 block of Tate Street, Eunice. Warrants for principle to misdemeanor theft and principle to felony theft.

Aug. 27
Heather Lynn Fontenot, 40, 600 block of Bernice Street, Eunice. Felony theft of goods by shoplifting.
Laurel Renee Guillory, 3300 block of Pousson Road, Egan. DWI first offense, improper lane usage and open container.
