Alzheimer's Awareness EHS Senior Project

As part of their Senior Project, Eunice High School seniors, Harley Duplechain, left, Mia Thomas, Chiquita Thomas, hostess; and Angel Lewis, held an Alzheimer’s Awareness Forum on March 31. There were more than 50 people in attendance including Alderman I. Jack Burson, healthcare professionals Cassandra Thomas and Joseph Ceasar, Jr. and others from the city of Eunice and surrounding areas. A total of $385 was raised at the forum and donated to the Alzheimer’s Association. The forum was dedicated in the memory of Marguerite Pitre.
