Bergeron, Manuel set engagement date

Bernard and Roberta Bergeron of Eunice are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Erin Michelle Bergeron, to Mac Manuel, son of Chad Manuel of Ville Platte and Lisa Manuel of Kinder.
Miss Bergeron is the granddaughter of the late Clifford and Darnell Ardoin of Mamou, and Allen and the late Verna Bergeron of Eunice.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Eunice High School. She earned an Associate of Science Degree from Louisiana State University Eunice; and graduated from LSU in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. She is currently enrolled in Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree.
Mr. Manuel is the grandson of Russell and Nancy Burleigh of Kinder and Ronald and the late Martha Manuel of Ville Platte.
The groom-elect is a graduate of St. Edmund High School and a graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. He is currently enrolled at Louisiana Health Science Center New Orleans pursuing a Doctor of Medicine Degree.
The couple will exchange vows during a 7 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, June 21 at the La Belle Venue in Eunice.
