A Cajun microwave & Crawfish peeling table

Carpentry and cooking are two words that don’t often go together, that is until the ECTEC (Eunice Career Technical Education Center) Carpentry students created two items raffled off at the recent Eunice Crawfish Etouffee Cookoff. Above are some students in Kerry Fontenot’s carpentry class with the crawfish peeling table and the Cajun microwave.
