Central Middle students compete at Parish Fitness Rally

Megan Fontenot and Dustin LeBlanc, students at Central Middle School, represented their school at the St. Landry Parish Fitness Rally. Both students competed well, placing in four out of six events. Fontenot and LeBlanc earned 1st place overall in the sixth-grade division. Fontenot placed 1st in Flex Arm Hang and Sit-ups, 2nd place in Standing Long Jump and 3rd place in 50-Yard Dash. LeBlanc placed 1st in 600-Yard Run and Pull ups, 2nd in Standing Long Jump and 3rd in Softball Throw. Pictured above from left are Coach K. Stagg, Fontenot, LeBlanc, and Coach J. Smith.
