Class Act Student of the Week

This week’s Student of the Week is Kelly Blake Sonnier, a sixth-grader at Central Middle School. Her parents are Mike and Becky Sonnier.

If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live in New Orleans because of the good food and culture.

Do you have a career wish? I would like to become a veterinarian because I love science and nature.

What could you eat seven days a week? Gumbo.

What could you never eat? Anything with mayonaisse or mustard.

What is your favorite school subject and who is your favorite teacher? My favorite subject is science and my favorite teacher is Jeremy Thibodeaux.

What is your favorite movie? My favorite movie is “Mad Max.”

What was the last video game you played? Minecraft.

What is an ideal summer vacation? An ideal summer vacation would be anywhere as long as I’m with my family.

Who has the most influence on you so far? My parents.

What would you change in your city? I would like to see Eunice litter-free.

What do you like the most at your school? I like that I can be with my friends.
