Class Act Student of the Week

This week’s Student of the Week is Matthew Courville, a sixth grader at Central Middle School. His guardian is Helen Fontenot.

If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live here in Louisiana because of the boudin.

Do you have a career wish? I would like to make a career in football.

What could you eat seven days a week? Chicken strips.

What could you never eat? Broccoli and cheese.

What is your favorite school subject and who is your favorite teacher? My favorite subject is English and my favorite teacher is Jeremy Thibodeaux.

What is your favorite movie? My favorite movie is Percy Jackson.

What was the last video game you played? NBA 2k15.

What is an ideal summer vacation? An ideal summer vacation is Hawaii.

Who has the most influence on you so far? Ms. Pat Harrison and Mr. Jeremy Thibodeaux.

What would you change in your city? I would like to see less crime in Eunice.

What do you like the most at your school? I like and respect my principal Ms. Landry.
