E. Players’ “The 39 Steps” begins Nov. 13

The mysterious spy Annabella Schmidt (Bonnie Pitre) is showing the suave Richard Hanney (Bradley Credeur) what might be a piece of the puzzle for finding “The 39 Steps”! The Eunice Players’ Theatre is in rehearsal for the upcoming production of a play based on the 1936 Alfred Hitchcock movie by the same name. The cast of four takes on the roles of 150 characters from the movie as they improvise a train chase, plane crashing, thrilling car ride through England and Scotland in search for the mysterious organization, The 39 Steps. This comedy opens Nov. 13 and runs Nov. 16 and 19-21 with curtain at 7 p.m. There will be a Dinner Theatre night on Thursday, Nov. 14, with a catered steak dinner served by Ruby’s Restaurant and Courtyard.
