Fontenot, Bibb announce October wedding date

Paula and Gary J. Fontenot of Eunice are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cherie Claire Fontenot, to William Evans Bibb, son of Bonita and Richard Sullivan of Baytown, Texas and Gina and Wallace Bibb of Houston, Texas.
Miss Fontenot is the granddaughter of Mrs. Claire Smith and the late Harry Alvin Smith and the late Joyce and Etney “Kit” Fontenot, all of Eunice.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Saint Edmund High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is currently employed at The Petroleum Club of Houston.
Mr. Bibb is the grandson of the late Mary and Marion Evans Fricks and Mrs. Georgia Bibb and the late William Palmer Bibb.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown, Texas and the University of Houston. He is currently employed at Exterran Energy Solutions.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, October 22 at 5:30 p.m. in a chapel at Old Glory Ranch in Wimberly, Texas.
