Fontenot, Turner announce December wedding date

Kerry and Fran Fontenot of Eunice are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Danielle Fontenot, to Stuart Turner, son of Randy and Mindy Turner of Eunice.
Miss Fontenot is the granddaughter of Lessie and Betty Fontenot of Eunice and the late Virgie Marcantel.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Eunice High School and Louisiana State University Eunice where she earned an Associate’s of General Studies degree. She is currently acquiring a pharmaceutical tech certification.
Mr. Turner is the grandson of Rolan Babineaux and the late Lois Babineaux, Jake Turner and the late Lula Mae Turner of Eunice.
The groom-elect is a graduate of  Eunice High School, Louisiana State University Eunice where he earned an Associate’s of General Studies degree, and attended the University of Mississippi.
Turner was a catcher for the LSUE Bengals and for Ole Miss Baseball.  He is currently an MiLB player in the Minnesota Twins organization.
The couple will exchange vows during a 7 p.m. ceremony on Friday, Dec. 27 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice.
