Free haircuts

De’Jon Washington, 7, a second-grader at Highland Elementary, sat in the barber’s chair at Front Page Fades & Styles Monday for a free haircut. Phillip “Big Ike” Isaac Jr., master barber, has provided a free haircut for the past four years to all school aged-children.
