Halloween Story Times held at library
Halloween Story Times were held at the Eunice Public Library. Kindergarten through fourth-grade ages were invited Saturday morning to hear Halloween stories read by Bobbi Bordelon, children’s librarian. Bordelon read two Halloween-related storybooks and as she read the “Teeny Tiny Witch” story, she created with her teeny tiny scissors an orange jack-o-lantern house. Door prizes were given to children and they also enjoyed creating “popcorn hand” craft and ate popcorn snacks. Pre-K aged children enjoyed a Halloween Story Time Tuesday. As one can see James Johnson, 4, was quite interested in “Where Is Baby’s Pumpkin?” as Bordelon read the storybook. Tween/Teens enjoyed their Halloween fun at the library on Oct. 23 as they viewed the original 1976 movie “Carrie.”
