Players’, “Nick Tickle, Fairy Tale Detective”

Bread crumbs, magic beans, a glass slipper, a spindle...all missing! The future of fairy tales is in jeopardy and it is up to “Nick Tickle, Fairy Tale Detective” to find the Mysterious Figure who is stealing all the props. There are plenty of laughs and audience participation is encouraged in this two-act family friendly comedy presented by the Eunice Players’ Theatre.
This Children’s Summer production involves children from ages 9 and up, in all aspects of theatre from acting onstage, painting the set, running lights and sound and working on makeup. The kids involved onstage include: Dain Reed, Grace Toepfer, Megan Fontenot, John-Michael Fruge, Victoria Douget, Jacque Arnaud, Sadie Martel, Annie Huckaby, Jacob Arnaud, Mickaila Mier, Mia Robinson, Shiloh Kittles, Avery McGee, Lillian Ashford, Madison Eckholdt, Michael Gaspard and William Martel.
The kids working as crew members include: Allison Sonnier, Ali Rae LeJeune, Kennedy Fruge, Rowan Kittles, Ashton Eckholdt, Aubriana York, Noah Kittles and Preslea Laird.
“Nick Tickle, Fairy Tale Detective” will open Wednesday, June 25 and run through Saturday, June 28, with curtain at 7 p.m. There will be a Sunday Matinee, June 29, with curtain at 2 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase at David’s Hair Salon, 546-0163, or Turning Point, 457-2156. This children’s show is not part of the season ticket package.
