Residential Garden of the Week chosen

The home of Brittney Fontenot located at 1011 Alida St. was presented the Eunice Bulb and Blossom Garden Club marker of Residential Yard of the Week the week of May 23 by volunteer member Lynn Pavich. The lawn features flowering beds of petunias, pansies, dianthus, lantana, Lily of the Nile, dahlias, purple salvia and coleus. Special plants from her late grandmother, Judy Smith of Eunice, include Society Garlic and variegated ginger. Shrubs and sago palms complete her bed landscape.
