St. Francis School honors Cpl. Matthew Richard

Sgt. Hebert C. Thibodeaux, Central Funding Disbursement Analyst with the Army Reserves, donated in honor of Cpl. Matthew C. Richard an American flag which flew in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The flag flew over Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, by the 336th Financial Management Support Center from May 20, 2013 to February 3, 2014. Sgt. Thibodeaux was stationed in Kuwait during this time. He donated the flag in appreciation to the family of Cpl. Richard and the community of Iota, for their dedication, time, and selfless act of service. On hand accepting the flag from Sgt. Thibodeaux are Alicia Richard, mother of Cpl. Richard, and Luke Foreman, St. Francis Student Council President.
