Take Back The Night event set for Oct. 6

The St. Landry-Evangeline Sexual Assault Center and Faith House of Acadiana will present its fourth annual Take Back The Night March and Vigil at 5 p.m. Oct. 6 at the pavilion at the Eunice City Hall. There will be a march, rally, candlelight vigil, a guest speaker and a handful of vendors, all geared to speak out against sexual assaut and violence.The public is invited to attend. The event is sponsored by Eunice City government, Chat-A-While Social & Civic Club, Eunice Bulb & Blossom Garden Club, and Opelousas Amicae.
