The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at 6 p.m. will present a performance by Lisa Trahan Les Esprit, with her CD release “If These Shoes Could Talk.”
Tickets are $5 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased at the door beginning at 4 p.m.

The Math Cats at Eunice Elementary for the week of Sept. 1 were recognized. They are, from left, Mia Hardy, Dashai Davis, Korianna Kennedy, and Jaida Kelley. Kelley won the honor for the week. Math Cats are considered those students who excel in math for the appropriate week.

Eunice Elementary first-grade students in Tracy Duvall’s homeroom received a special PBIS (positive Behavior) recognition. Rebekkah Prudhomme, first grade teacher, brought the students to the library and they displayed excellent behavior while in the library.
