City tax sale scheduled Friday

The city will conduct a tax sale on 74 properties with delinquent taxes ranging from from $7.94 to $554.67 at 10 a.m. Friday in the lobby of the Eunice City Hall.
The city advertised the sale and a list of the properties in The Eunice News on May 29 and June 5.
The sale is to continue each day until sales are completed to enforce collection of taxes and interest, which is 12 percent, along with service charges, penalties and costs, state the city’s public notice.
The notice states the owner has three years to redeem the property.
