Eunice firefighters plead guilty to beating homeless man outside bar in 2013

A Eunice Fire Department captain, Garrett Daville, pleaded guilty to simple battery, a misdemeanor, Monday and was given one year of active supervised probation with a $30 per month fee for the probation officer, KATC reports.
Daville’s brother, Ryan Daville, who was also a firefighter at the time, was also charged in the incident.
Ryan Daville 29, pleaded guilty to simple battery, a misdemeanor, in June and given two years probation and a $250 court fee, KATC reported.
KATC stated Ryan Daville was originally charged with two felonies, second-degree battery and principal to aggravated assault with a firearm.
