Sheriff: Drug party turned into rape; 2 Eunice men arrested

A drug-fueled party turned into a rape and the arrest of two Eunice men, according to a news release from St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz.
Two Eunice men and a woman were partying and using drugs on Oct. 19, Guidroz reported.
Guidroz identified the men arrested as Bradly Mynaryz, 27, of the 6400 block of Chataignier Raod, Eunice; and Dale Janice, 52, 200 block of Buckner Road, Eunice.
Mynarzy and Janice are charged with second-degree rape, he said.
“The investigation revealed that the two male suspects began trying to get the female to perform sexual acts and she refused. Janice then struck her in the stomach and began to take her shirt off.  The two then proceeded to rape the female,” Guidroz said.
The female was screaming and telling the two males “no,” he said.
Guidroz said the female said after she was raped by both men, Janice made her take a shower.
The two suspects were taken to the St. Landry Parish Correction Center.  
As of Monday, no bail had been set.
