OPELOUSAS - The following are arrests reported by St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz.
June 13:
Walter Lee Freeman, 52, 524 Planters St., Opelousas. Failure to return leased movable.
Logan Kalup Brown, 22, 4743 Prairie Ronde Hwy, Opelousas. Simple burglary.
Brenda Frann Clouatre, 38, Opelousas. Speeding, possession of marijuana. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Shawn Anthony Young, 34, 741 Prairie Ronde Hwy., Opelousas. Second degree battery, simple criminal damage to property, failure to report accident.
Terry Mayers Smith, 22, 119 Randolph Drive, Lafayette. Driving while intoxicated, first offense, driving left of center, impeding flow of traffic, expired M.V.I., expired license plates. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Cody Matthew Bowlin, 26, 21458 DeWitt May Rd., Livingston. Possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, no insurance, possession of schedule II drugs. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Benjamin Caine Daigle, 28, 2798 Prairie Ronde Hwy., Opelousas. Home invasion, aggravated burglary.
Daniel Wayne Freitas, 46, 1951 Austin Rd., Opelousas. Driving while intoxicated, first offense, reckless operation of a vehicle, resisting an officer by refusing to make identification, failure to provide special ID of a sex offender, no drivers license on person, failure to change address on registration.
