Vishankski Leday, 52, 100 block of Bellridge Road, Opelousas. Driving while intoxicated – 4th offense. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Phillip Anthony Papillion, 24, 200 block of S. Cane Street, Opelousas. Speeding, resisting arrest by flight, expired driver’s license. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
