Kenneth DeWayne Soulter, 26, 400 block of Beverly Boulevard, Opelousas. Driving while intoxicated – 1st offense, driving under suspension, failure to obey an officer, required equipment, battery of a police officer, disturbing the peace-noise, open container. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Phillip F. Gallow Jr., 26, 3500 block of Faubourg Road, Ville Platte. Speeding, driving under suspension. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Kisha L. Carter, 39, 100 block of Rainbow Drive Opelousas. Speeding, driving under suspension, bench warrant.
