possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Leroy Joseph Cooley, III, 28, 900 block of St. Cyr, Opelousas. Monetary instrument abuse, parole hold, monetary instrument abuse.
Mark Alan Gillis, 45, 200 block of Moundville, Washington. Careless operation, driving while intoxicated – 2nd offense. Arrested by Washington Police Dept.
